Annotation. Considered structurally-mechanical, acoustic properties enclosing rocks to justify recommendations on the disintegration of sand placer deposits of gold and rare metals. It is noted that the deepening of theoretical and experimental researches in the area of influence of physical and mechanical processes, initiate cavitation effects, will solve the important problem of the disintegration of the gold-bearing sands.

Annotation. The paper analyzes the ways of softening the rocks for subsequent excavation miner. A method fur-cal softening durable seams using percussion equipment additionally installed on the surface miner. Two drummer sequence-tive effect on the seam on the entire width of the milled strip miner.

DEVELOPMENT OF CHANNEL SAND AND GRAVEL DEPOSITS THE AMUR REGION

Abstract. In the Khabarovsk Territory and the Amur Region developed large river bed deposits of quartz sand and sand and gravel. Due to the low cost of development and the convenient location of deposits in the Amur region most of the sand and sand and gravel extracted from the flooded fields using jetting equipment. The main technical means involved in the development of fluvial deposits are hydraulic dredgers.

Annotation. It is researched the construction and work the frictional gripping devices with load 10000 N and thickness of carried flat products up to 30 mm. The gripping devices are used at different lifting and transport operations (lifting and moving the flat products and metal frameworks) on the enterprises of mining and metallurgical industry.

Abstract. The change of physical and mechanical properties and rubber structure with long-term operation or storage, i.e. the effect of aging are considered. The reasons for and obtained the function determining the change in stiffness and damping characteristics of the rubber over time on the basis of the Boltzmann-Volterra's theory of heredity. This dependence is supplemented by an algorithm calculating the vibration control mining machines and systems obtained time dependence of the oscillation amplitude of these systems.

The article includes the comparison of methods of gas carburizing that ensures the treatment quality basing on the analysis of the following process atmosphere parameters: carbon potential level, its controllability and mass-transfer coefficient. Vacuum carburizing is effective through a combination of rational processing atmosphere with the benefits of automated equipment.

The durability and reliability of the carburizing parts are crucial to the mining industry.

Abstract. An engineering estimation of accuracy of existing strength estimation technique has been derived for forced vibrations of framed structure. It has been shown that existing strength estimation technique essentially lowers the values of dynamic loads and stresses in oscillated structures, and the smaller is resistance of medium, the lower is strength estimation with existing strength estimation technique. The recommendations concerning improvement of existing technique have been proposed. The proposed approach, reported in this article, can be useful for students, university lectures and practical specialists in mechanics of materials.

Abstract. In the work investigated crystallographic texture, coercive force and microstructure of steels with metastable austenite structure after hot rolling at 50 and 71% in thickness. There are found significant linear correlations with coefficients of reliability of approximation of not less than 0.9 between the values of nickel equivalent steels and total pole density on inverse pole figures of normal direction of martensite in austenitic-unstable steels after hot rolling.

Abstract. A traction force of a magnetically levitated train’s motor is the research object. To provide a correct description of such force's realization is the aim of research. The rational research paradigms have been revealed. The existing versions of the required model have been considered. Their advantages and disadvantages have been described. The rational design schemes of motor’s components have been selected. The holistic paradigm has been adopted in the investigation. Adequate assumptions have been entered for model simplification. The expressions for the traction components were found as the Ampere’s forces. The electrodynamics of motor's windings has been described. The example which verifies suitability of the constructed model is given.

Abstract. This paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental research on the production silicate melts with application energy low-temperature plasma. Based on the obtained data set of the temperature complete melting materials. The process of obtaining the melt under conditions of low-temperature plasma at a heating rate raw materials more than 1000 °С with a second characterized by the simultaneous melting of all phases, unlike the processes occurring at conventional heating rates of 0.5–1 °С within a second. Ultra-high heating rate reduces the time formation heterogeneous melt and reduce the specific energy consumption (1,5–2,1 kW/kg), which is 2-2,5 times less than existing technologies.

Abstract. The kinetics of epoxidation of natural rubber production waste by peracetic acid generated in situ from hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid solution in biphasic system water-xylene were studied. The rate constants and the activation energy were found. Insignificant level of side reactions was shown.

Abstract. The deformation hardening, widely used for the increase of operability of carburized gear wheels. The plastic deformation strengthens the weak sites of the structure and complicates the microplastic deformation development in them. The efficiency of deformation hardening depends on initial structural condition of carburized layer.

The initial structural condition are determined by the termochemical treatment technology. Latter concern: carbon saturation of carburised layer; martensite morphology and carbon concentration in it; volumetric share of redundant carbide phase and its distribution in the carburised layer; the presence of retained austenite.

The results obtained can be a scientific basis for the dam’s stability assessment inversion based on the survey and geometric measurements results.

DISPOSAL OF NUCLEAR WASTE: SYSTEMS ANALYSIS

Abstract. There is considered an emblematic fact of going back to the "national idea" of a nuclear final storage facility on Novaya Zemlya made by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "National Operator for Radioactive Waste Management" as a result of a probably exaggerated sence of specialness, self-sufficience and priority of Russian atomic branch. The self-willed return to the idea, earlier conceded to be a mistake, without a public refutation of previous conclusion of the Russian Academy of Science and Minatom decision implicates that the "National Operator" has a hard time of reliably proving itself the ways and sites for geological/ final and other kinds of isolation of radioactive waste, furthermore it partially ignores/ distorts the recognized international methodology. The situation is additionally complicated by the world economic and political crisis. Difficulties for all types of final storage facilities can be objectively and efficiently mastered by using the experience of mining, geology and material sciences as well as resources external to Rosatom.

Аbstract. The subject of the analysis are personal texts of leitmotif semi-structured interviews given by the representatives of 28 ethnic minorities of Ukraine.

The author found a direct correlation in the estimates equality in Ukraine with social well-being, life experience, attitude to Ukraine and plans for the future as well as the connection between the experience of discrimination, experienced trauma and the assessment of events in Ukraine. Given information can be used for educational programs, particularly in the Humanities.
