THE CHANGE OF ROLL ULTRAFILTRATION MODULE'S CONSTRUCTION FOR STABILIZATION OF LONGITUDINAL FLOWSPEED OF SPREADED FLUID THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE LENGTH OF PRESSURE CHANEL MODULE

Abstract. Currently existing construction of roll ultrafiltration module (RUM) is characterized by lowering of the longitudinal flowspeed of spreaded fluid throughout the whole length of membrane element's (ME) pressure channel. During the work of RUM the particles ‘pollution concentration continuously growing from the entering to pressure channel till the exit from it. That is why the stabilization of longitudinal flowspeed of spreaded fluid throughout the whole length of ME's pressure channel with continuous dumping of a part of polluted fluid will contribute to increasing the technical characteristics of RUM in time. The construction of RUM offered allows supporting relatively stable longitudinal flowspeed of spreaded fluid throughout the whole length of ME's pressure channel.

Analyses applied cycle technology with the use of drilling and blasting operations and perspective cyclical - production mining technology cement raw material using surface miner. On the basis of techno-economic calculations confirmed the usefulness of application surface miner when developing far eastern deposits limestone.

Abstract. Requirements to a method of a time estimation before the fatigue failure of radioelements (RE) outputs are formulated at vibration effects. The hierarchical approach is put in a basis of a method of time estimation before fatigue failure of RE outputs. A construction of the block is subdivided on the structural levels of breaking up into smaller units. Designed calculated models are put in foundation of the automized subsystem for the analysis and security of time before fatigue failure in constructions of onboard radio-electronic equipment at vibrational actions and are used for an time estimation before fatigue failure of RE outputs.

Abstract. This work presents a study of the technology of bearings heat treatment for mining machinery is an important scientific problem, the solution of which will increase their service life. Bearings are often subjected to significant loads. They work in polluted humid atmosphere and at high temperatures.

The main cause of bearing damage is the development of contact fatigue processes. The paper suggests ways of solving the problem of improving the contact endurance of corrosion-resistant ball bearings.

ABOUT THE FEATURES OF MATHEMATICAL IDENTIFICATION MODELS OF CORROSION DESTRUCTION AT THE OPTIMUM DESIGN OF STRUCTURES

Abstract. At the optimum design the structure is experiencing an evolution from suboptimal to optimal state in accordance with a predetermined criterion of optimality. In this case, changing the geometric and stiffness design parameters and its stress-strain state (SSS). To describe the behavior of structures in aggressive environments commonly used mathematical models of corrosion damage. The coefficients of the models that take into account the impact of SSS in the evolution of design changes and this leads to the need to apply the procedure of identification of multiple models, which makes it difficult to find the optimal solutions. In this paper given a theorem of "optimal" coefficients that take into account the impact of SSS on the corrosion rate, and methods of their determination. The presence of "optimal" ratios significantly reduces the impact of SSS losses for the search and a more efficient solution of the optimization problem.

MODIFICATION OF CHROME-VANADIUM WHITE IRON COATINGS BY IMPULSIVE ELECTRON-BEAM PROCESSING

Abstract. Results of investigation of effect of impulsive electron-beam processing and following annealing on structure and hardness of hardfaced chrome-vanadium cast iron coatings are presented in given paper. The coatings were obtained by electron-beam hardfacing on low-carbon steel substrates. After grinding surfaces of the coatings were locally processed by impulsive focused electron beam with discrete point distribution in a square packing on the surface area. The research results showed that the modified zones consist of two phases. The first phase is supersaturated austenite. The second phase locally distributed in the volume of modified zone is the nucleation centers of eutectic. Results of measuring by NanoTest system showed that modified zones have low values of hardness. Low hardness values are probably caused by presence of significant volume of supersaturated austenite in modified zone. Following annealing of specimens led to significant increasing of hardness of modified zones. As a result of the annealing (500ᴼC) supersaturated austenite is decomposed on eutectoid with nanoscale structure components. Increasing of the annealing temperature up to 1100ᴼC results in decomposition of supersaturated austenite, growth and coagulation of carbide phase in the modified zones.

Obtained results of integrated processing technology of working surfaces shows the increasing of details' wear-resistance at 2,5 - 3 times.

Abstract. The paper discusses the factors that affect the cost of passengers transportation. It’s revealed the direct dependence of the values of the cost of the number of stops on the route. With the help of a software package "MVK" is built a simulation model of the transportation process, from which conclusions are made about the unsustainable exploitation of bus like a taxi mode.

Abstract. Influence of exponential smoothing on an error of result of measurement of inductance of the parametrical sensor located on a surface iron ore piece is investigated. It is established that smoothing almost much reduces an error of result of measurement at stirring influence of heterogeneity of a magnetic field of the sensor.

Abstract. Possibilities of method of three voltmeters are investigational for measuring of inductance of pure resistance, and also their frequency descriptions. It is set that in the range of frequencies to 100 kHz the error of measuring of inductance makes no more than 0,3%, pure resistance - 8,65%.

Abstract. Currently, the role of computer technology in education increases. This is primarily due to the search for new and more productive forms and methods of teaching. For solutions not formalized or bad formalized problems, which, in particular, learning objectives, in recent years successfully used artificial neural networks and neurocomputers, distinctive features of which are global communication, simplicity and flexibility of architecture, the localization of information processing, computing parallelism, flexibility training algorithms. At the present level of artificial neutron network allows you to simulate striking for its efficient processing of information inherent to living beings.
